Phil has over 20 years' experience building global teams and scaling VC-backed growth businesses that deliver social and environmental impact. Having lived & worked in China, Japan, Germany and the US, he's passionate about scaling solutions internationally and about building lasting partnerships that benefit people and planet. He has BA from Bristol University and an MBA from London Business School.
