Anita has been a legal practitioner for 30 years, advising both local and multinational companies on the full spectrum of both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property and information technology work, including mergers, acquisition and commercialization of IP assets, internal IP audits, pre-IPO due diligence, joint ventures, research collaboration, licensing, franchising and distribution. She provides clients with strategic brand integrity programs involving regional and cross-border enforcement of IP rights at all levels, litigating on copyright, trademark, design and patent disputes.

Nathan WONG is a senior IP Consultant who graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Starting from the year 2011 till now, he has extensive experience in services for IP, as well as pharmaceutical and information technology corporations in Hong Kong. Nathan is strong in exploring strengths of each IP and their contribution to enterprises. In 2016, Nathan qualified with a Patent Attorney in China. He is now responsible for providing IP protection strategy as well as handling patent registration, including patent specification drafting, patent prosecution, examination report review and response, etc.

Dora Si is a Partner of Deacons’ Intellectual Property Department. Dora’s practice covers all aspects of IP protection and enforcement. She supported many multinational and Asian businesses in IP portfolio management, and has extensive experience in brand protection, particularly brand selection, re-branding, and conducting trademark opposition proceedings and settlement negotiations. Her expertise in IP enforcement is acknowledged by clients given her significant background in handling complex cross-border and online infringement cases, involving administrative actions and contentious proceedings in China. Dora has successfully obtained well-known trade mark recognition for international clients in China through contentious proceedings.
